That's a very visually attractive site, Tracey. I'm getting ready to be hit by a hurricane, so I didn't take time to click any tabs, but I'm impressed, and I'm sure it will bring you sales.

One thing, as a matter of critique. ... The sentence, "We don't just ship them out without the proper care, unlike many others out there in the market today." is a little awkward and unclear. Maybe you can change the negative to a positive.... "Unlike many other dealers, we ship your fish with the proper care, including oxygen, insullation, antibiotics (whatever).

OH PHEW, I'm not the only one!!! OK now I'll just warn everybody and you will get their sympathy. I just spent about a half hour boring Tracey to tears by critiquing every page and dot and tittle on her wonderful website. Then after I got done, I scrolled down and saw she said she already knew. Did I feel stupid!!! Well Tracey, you know I looked at every page, huh? Hey, I practically have it memorized. LOL.

Tracey, great website. As a matter of fact, my DH called you immediately after I showed him your site with the beautiful wakins!!

We live in Wichita, KS. and he was happy to talk to you about the fish!!

This is a 1st because he didn't really care about fish and pond until I 'forced' him to dig the new pond for me.

Now that the pond water is clearing up and all water paremeters are in check, we are looking forward to putting fishies in it.

I am happy to see that many of you like the new website. I made it as simple and easy as possible so that Tracey can make all the future changes that is needed. I know that there are some grammar issues, and if you would like to help, please Tracey or me and we will try to fix it as fast as we can. I wrote most of the text, so now we know who has bad grammar

I critiqued all the pages and sent the suggestions to Tracey. One of my suggestions was to find someone who is trained in English like a teacher or professor and prior to releasing the text, have them edit it. You have a great site and I liked the way it looks though. The grammar and spelling just needs a tad bit of change. My thinking is that when you start up a business and have a great website like that, it must totally have a professional look so that anyone who sees it doesn't think it is a hick organization. That isn't the right word but I hope you know what I mean.

Koiboi, I looked at your Photobucket pictures and that was fun.

I know Reddad. I sound like I'm the expert don't I?

But I'm not. That is why I suggested they consult with someone who is trained in that area. I like grammar and spelling so remember a lot of it but never would pretend to "know it all." My DH thinks it's unnecessary to bother with all that plural and singular stuff and rules about not ending a sentence with a preposition. Or was it proposition? LOL. But it bugs me when I see items that jump out at me when it is in a professional context that is being viewed by lots of people. I suspect that more people see the spelling and grammar errors than don't. Just because some don't notice doesn't mean they are bad or stupid. Some people are just not cut out to care about it. My DH is one that doesn't care and I don't care that he doesn't care. He has many things that he excels at and I'm proud of him.

Tracey I really like your website! It seems that it will be easy for customers to navigate. that is really important.

I noticed some of the paragraphs seem to state the same info twice, maybe when you edited it, it didn't remove the first draft?

As someone who knows nothing about wakins and have only seen posts on them here... I would find some basic info on what a wakin IS and maybe how they came to be, like a short little bio or history lesson. Why are they rare? What makes them special and different?

Do you ship? How much is it and how does it work?

I love the "newborn nursery", that was pretty cool.

What host are you using? I just made a small site with godaddy for my fairy garden stuff. I'm not selling, just have pics up and trying how to learn to make a site. (www.ittybittyblooms.com) it's just a couple of pictures so far.
