The pond looks really great!  I love that you still have the swans . . . . they belong there!  But I don't see much impatiens and I'm sure you always had a LOT of that!

This was a strange season in Oklahoma this year nothing grew well. It was over 100 for almost 4 months. The impatiens in the ground just started growing and none of the ones in the stream grew at all.

That is a beautiful pond!

I have a cousin named Gary in Oklahoma who sells koi.  You don't happen to own a landscaping business, do you?   ;)

Great looking pond there Gary. It really looks so natural (not an by chance I'm sure). You could write the definitive work on how to avoid the 'rock necklace' look.

Cheers,

Mike

Very lovely pond!  Your doggie looks like he might go fishing

Your pond is always "picture perfect"!  Love the rock edge, those rocks are gorgeous.  Our little dog always has to have a little fish food everytime we feed the fish!

What a cute dog!! One of our dogs eats the fish food too. The fish will actually come right up to him as he's eating. They could actually kiss they get so close, it's so funny!! Apparently the food smells good to 4 legged buddies, huh?
Gorgeous pond!!

I have started redoing my pond again surprise suprise huh. I dont like the way the rocks are so far away from the water. I cant raise my water level because of the settlement tank. So I have started the painstaking task of lowering the rocks. This is going to take a while. I move a few rocks and go in and set at the desk and use my nebulzer machine for my asthma.

I love the way that looks, although I can bet it is a lot of work.  Are you digging out from undereath them and then replacing the rock?  It is really gorgeous when the water comes right up on to the rocks.

1500 gallon pond. Most residents are 11 yrs old. Most are Koi, with one 9 yr old bullhead catfish. Residents took a trip of one hr to their new home. We all moved to this home just over a yr ago. They love their new digs!
