Except for the never-ending ice production from my fridge's over anxious ice maker, no ice here.   :D  Thanks for a cheery sight of beautiful colors, Tim.

Doldrums of winter, huh.  Freezing temps of 0, and having no power for 4 days...it just bites this winter.  My sister was out 8 days.

Your pics did put a smile on my face.

I'm glad you ladies liked them.

Kim, I am sorry to hear about your problems. I had 3 weeks without power after the hurricane. Life really kind of sucks without power.
I hope you are at least able to stay safe and relatively warm.

We had 6 days without power during the Ike winds.  That was easier than this was...but we lived.

I just have a sinking feeling that all my tropicals in the gh over-winter tank may suffer more than me.  With out power, I had no way to heat it.  We'll see come spring I guess.   :-\

Good luck on that Landey.

Bonnie... the first pic is N. Innocense. It is a standard white but the cold causes it to blush pink in the petals and sometimes as in this shot in the stamen tips as well.

Tim I really like the way she blushes, how beautiful.  Thanks for the beauty as all I saw was white today and it wasn't blushing, just falling from the sky >:(

Marla, sorry to hear that... I'm sending you some warm thoughts if it is of any help.

Avance, I'm glad you enjoyed them. As we get into warmer weather I will put up more.
You could also go check out some of my other posts. I have just about every color of the spectrum throughout the season.

Wow. Tropicals too. The only thing I have blooming now is a Marsh Marigold, and that's under the pond greenhouse cover.

I actually pulled down the plastic on my greenhouse on Tuesday.
It is 50 degrees outside right now... We got a freaky late cold front.
Dropped into the 40s last night.
I had 15 different hardy and tropical waterlilies blooming yesterday.
Today they don't want to open back up.
