Right brain / Left brain test

This was a forward from a friend:

Color test....These are the things we're supposed to do to remove the cholesterol around our brain & try to slow up Alzheimer's.  I think it took me 10 times before I could finally tell this brain of mine to concentrate on the color & not what it said. A great test, do it until you get 100%.  Bet you can't get 100% on the first try! But I'm rootin' for ya.  This is pretty neat! See how you do with the colors!  Have fun!  It takes an average of 5 tries to get to 100%. Follow the directions!

It's harder than it seems, as it should be!  A brain waker-upper for today!

I'm bragging here.  I got 83% the first time and 100% the second  @O@.  My DH gave up after about 6 tries  >:(-.

Yeah, I read the instructions but after clicking the first 3 colors realized I was doing it wrong....second time 100%

I didn't get it right the first time, either. My daughter has a Brain Age game on her DS, and we're supposed to click on the word, not the color. Same game, different expectations.

Removing cholesterol from around the brain is a bad idea (not to mention impossible). Our brains are composed of a lot of cholesterol, as well as our cell membranes. It's also a precursor molecule to all the steroid hormones and a precursor to vitamin D. Cholesterol is an essential nutrient- so much so that if your body is not getting enough of it, it can make it in the liver.

Well, I clearly have no brain at all, left or right. I read and reread those instructions, and still don't understand them. Not even the vaguest idea of what, or where, I was supposed to be clicking. (and yes, I have had my coffee this morning!)

Mike,

The words are color names, like pink.  They show on your screen in an actual color that is not the word, like the word "pink" shows on your screen in the color "orange."  You are supposed to click on the "orange" button and not on the "pink" button.  So, you are supposed to click on the button of the color you SEE, not the color you READ.  Does that make sense.  To do it right you have to concentrate on the color, not the word.  Casey

I didnt get it right the first time either. Reread the instructions and then got 100 % on second try. Was fun thanks for sharing. What us ponders will not do for entertainment when still snow and ice on ground out side. :D

I got 100% second time around , the frist time I got 75% ..I didn't quite understand the instructions tho..
