Poop Butler....
« on: March 24, 2009, 05:53:06 PM »
Today I saw a mini-van with signage painted on the side that read, "Dog Poop Removal Service".  Another sign on the van read "Got Poop?  We Scoop.  Call the Poop Butler".  I thought it must be a joke......until I got home and Googled it....

I saw a truck a few years back, same service, whose logo read "We pick up where your dogs leave off"

Cheers,

Mike

There are all kinds of services like that for the affluent young professionals yuppifying this quickly gentrifying area around downtown Houston.  You can pay other people to clean up after your dog, wash him, trim him (including hair bows and painted toes), walk him, train him, and you can drop him off at a doggie day care center where he can cavort with other canines all day long, every day, for as long as you're willing to pay.

We have had several similar services here over the years.

One was called Poop Patrol, a current one in operation is Poop Van Scoop. There was another one but I can't remember the name of it.
We also have a K-9 Kar Wash. Its actually a car wash with a building on the side where you can go in and bathe your dog.

Poop Butler...I assume their motto is something like:
"Satisfaction guaranteed or double your poop back."

Sorry, couldn't resist.
I'm here on a "Free Membership", the rest of you simply aren't paying to be here.  No, it isn't the same thing.

depending on the cost it might be worth it here in the spring after the snow melts.....we use to have 2 large dogs and in the spring we used a shovel and the wheel barrel and ususally ended up with 2 full loads!!!
