Clarity Max - It WORKS!
«

In my pond, there is a lot of suspended matter swimming right along with my fish. At the local water garden store's seminar on Water Clarity, it was recommended to use Clarity Max, to get the stuff to sink to the bottom and be filtered out. It's a graunlar/powder that containes barley, among other things. I also talked to the sales rep, and he said, "You can actually see it working right before your eyes."
I thought, "Yeah, suuuuure." But I tried it anyway.
Well, I was outside feeding the fish yesterday and realized that, after fewer than three applications, I realized there are no more itty bits of gunk floating around in the pond water. !!

I've used a different brand before and it also worked. I believe it was Accu-Clear.

It's pricey. Does it ship for free?

what does it do to the water parameters and O2 levels? to much chemical stuff messes with that.

I have used it several times when raccoons dumped pots and there was clay floating in the water. One pond looked like chocolate milk. Never had any problem with it. It isn't algae killer and isn't something you'd use unless you needed to.
