I have somewhat of the same thing, but in reverse... my job hanging wallpaper is very active, but, since I've been basically out of work for most of this entire year, I have been moving a lot less. Even though I swim, bike, or do the treadmill practically every day, the pounds still creep up. Oh, and it's true... once you hit 50, it's way harder to keep the weight off. Maddening and Saddening.
